CUSTOMER TERMS
These terms set the practical rules for using Sungano Weddings. They are designed to protect the couple, invited families and collaborators while keeping responsibility for supplied information clear.

Sungano is a private digital wedding service for couples and the people they choose to involve. You must use it lawfully and only for journeys, households, guests and information you are authorised to manage.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials and private invitation links secure and for telling Sungano promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
The couple controls its wedding journey. Planner, partner, family-reviewer, household and supplier access is limited by the permissions and invitations provided through the service.
A collaborator must not use access to obtain, disclose or change information outside the role they were given.
Sungano provides structure and review tools; it is not the authority on a family's identity, traditions or relationships. Cultural and family information should come from the family or people authorised by them.
You must take reasonable care that information you enter about another person is accurate, relevant to the wedding journey and shared with appropriate permission.
A paid product is only considered purchased after the payment provider confirms payment and Sungano records the verified order state. A browser redirect, payment-session reference or screenshot is not proof of payment by itself.
The product, price and currency shown at checkout apply to that order. Product access may require a short activation or provisioning step after payment verification.
Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and any rights that apply by law.
If a payment is fully refunded or a payment dispute is opened, access connected to that payment may be revoked or suspended while the payment state is resolved. Sungano will not treat an unverified payment as a reason to grant access.
Supplier profiles, enquiries or introductions do not make Sungano a party to a separate agreement between a couple and a supplier unless this is expressly stated for a specific service.
Users remain responsible for checking the suitability, price, availability, insurance, licences or other requirements relevant to any supplier they choose to engage.
Sungano may maintain, improve or change the service and may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal obligations.
Preview or founding features may change before becoming generally available. A feature should not be treated as purchased unless the relevant product is actually offered for checkout and payment is verified.
You keep responsibility for content you supply. You give Sungano the permission needed to store, process and display that content to the people authorised within your wedding journey so the service can operate.
Do not upload material you do not have the right to use or material that is unlawful, abusive or intended to compromise another person's privacy or security.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility or consumer right where the law does not allow that exclusion or limitation.
If something goes wrong, contact Sungano with the relevant journey or order reference so the issue can be investigated against the service's records.
These terms may be updated as the service and its commercial features develop. The latest version will be published here with its update date. Material changes should not be used to rewrite a completed payment retroactively where doing so would conflict with applicable law.
